PDC worked closely with Rancho Santa Margarita Optometry to design their new office in Ladera Ranch . They created a functional space accommodating the many optometry service offered. The custom built optical boutique showcases over 1,000 frames.
The Bronzed Bunny, a customized boutique organic tanning spa, located in Newport Beach, California, is a 2,000 square foot work of visual and functional art. A custom in-wall exhaust system was designed, in partnership with our mechanical team, to create three vapor-less spray tan rooms allowing for a mess free experience for clients and staff. Chandeliers, several unique flooring materials, including six different types of tile and plank, and a sleek, modern reception desk/workstation are only a few of the additional aspects which makes this such a unique project. Located in a historical building serving Newport Beach in various forms since the 1940’s, PDC brought this building to life using rich textures, bold colors and elegant design concepts.
St. Joseph Health contracted PDC to construct a wellness center for their Health Information Exchange office staff. Located at 1515 East Orangewood Avenue in Anaheim, the Energy Center promotes workplace wellness. The Energy Center includes a fitness area, various seating arrangements to accommodate individuals as well as groups, and a quiet reflection room for employee privacy. PDC constructed a modern build-out with an open floor plan, upgraded open ceiling and lighting.
PDC worked in partnership with the project management team at St. Joseph Health for the expansion of the physical rehab clinic located at 27882 Forbes Road, Suite 110 in Laguna Niguel. The scope of work included doubling the existing suite footage and creating an open floor plan to improve the flow of the space. PDC completed the multi-phase project while adhering to a strict budget and atypical scheduling including after hours shifts to minimize downtime and inconvenience to the facility’s operation.
Roche Bobois is a high end, contemporary furniture store that opened in the 1950’s. When looking for a new and dynamic showroom to complement their one-of-a-kind furniture, Roche Bobois selected PDC to create a new Southern California masterpiece. PDC was contracted to create a showroom using free-standing walls and columns accompanied by floating soffits and intricate track lighting designs. PDC’s quality craftsmanship shines through their unique 8,000 square foot showroom. The new showroom created an environment as luxurious as the products being sold within it.
The Farmhouse at Roger’s Gardens is located in the heart of Newport Beach and offers a unique field-to-fork dining experience. The restaurant sits comfortably on over 7 acres of a garden like setting.
PDC, Inc. was responsible for the construction of this amazing addition to the already beautiful Roger’s Gardens. The custom and hand-made details of both the indoor and outdoor areas reflect the true talent of PDC’s self-performing skilled tradesman.
Crafted Kitchen is an incubator-style shared use commercial kitchen located in the Arts District of Los Angeles. It is a state-of-the-art facility housed in a fully restored 96 year old brick warehouse. PDC constructed a variety of 15 commercial kitchens throughout this empty warehouse to give small businesses access to the space, the resources, and the business skills they need in order to make their culinary dreams a reality. PDC coordinated and managed the entire construction process for Crafted Kitchen; including the installation of all extensive upgrades for the equipment infrastructure required for such a space.
3700 Newport Boulevard in Newport Beach is a creative/loft style, Class “A” office building located along the canal separating Lido Island from Newport Beach. PDC’s building-wide renovations transformed a standard 3-story building into a modern structure with an industrial feel by combining custom concrete, steel, and wood elements.
Hart produces technology products that help patients and providers improve their access, engagement, and understanding of health information for more powerful interactions between doctors and patients. PDC constructed Hart’s corporate offices located at 1515 East Orangewood Avenue in Anaheim. The layout of the office is reflective of an open and collaborative work enviornment. PDC brought to life a space plan with one-of-a-kind elements including fully functional commercial kitchen, hexagon shaped dropped ceiling systems, corten steel and reclaimed wood wall features, unique light fixtures and other various modern finishes. Facing very strict timelines, PDC completed construction in less than two months.
The Shade Store is a family owned and operated, custom window treatment company with over 51 showrooms across the country. The Mill Valley location, pictured here, was one of the 13 locations across the country PDC helped bring to life. PDC takes pride in being able to serve the construction needs of the Shade Store, and produce each project in a quick time frame that exceeds the client’s expectations.
